Training Session runs 1-1.5hrs and includes:
- Evaluation (1st session required, as needed during follow up sessions)
- Technique training
- Strength training
- Flexibility
- Video analysis
Technique is the foundation of speed and endurance. Improvement in those is a byproduct of improvement in your technique. Proper and specific strength and flexibility training support correct technique.
